1. Who we are

This website is operated by Maison Rima, a bridal atelier trading under the name of its founder, Rima Malaeb, established in Tripoli, Lebanon since 2012. Our address is Azmi Street, Tripoli, Lebanon. You may reach us at legal@maisonrima.lb or by WhatsApp at +961 76 593 518.

2. Use of this website

You are welcome to browse maisonrima.lb freely and share links to our pages. The site is provided for informational purposes — to present our collections, services, and atelier. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or likely to bring Maison Rima into disrepute.

All images, text, video, and other content on this site are the property of Maison Rima and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not download, reproduce, or redistribute content without our written consent.

3. Intellectual property

All gown designs, campaign photography, editorial imagery, written copy, brand marks, and other creative materials displayed on or linked from this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Rima (Rima Malaeb). No part of these materials may be reproduced, copied, translated, or adapted — in whole or in part — without prior written permission from Maison Rima.

4. Orders and purchases

This website does not process purchases or take payment online. All orders are placed in person at the atelier on Azmi Street, Tripoli, or initiated via WhatsApp consultation. Prices are provided by appointment only and vary by design, fabric, and level of customisation.

Any pricing information that may appear on this site is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. A purchase is formalised only when a written agreement (order form or message confirmation) has been agreed between the bride and Maison Rima, and a deposit has been received.

5. Custom and made-to-measure orders

Custom and made-to-measure gowns are produced exclusively for the client who commissioned them. The following conditions apply:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the agreed price) is required to begin work. The balance is due upon final fitting or collection of the gown, whichever comes first.
Timeline: Production timelines are agreed at the time of order. Maison Rima will make every effort to meet agreed dates; however, timelines may shift due to fabric sourcing or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Cancellation: If a client cancels a custom order after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited. If Maison Rima is unable to deliver a gown due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of amounts paid will be issued.
Alterations: A standard number of fittings are included in the agreed price. Additional alterations beyond scope may be charged separately.

6. Rental terms

Gowns available for rental from the Maison Rima collection are subject to the following:

Rental deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of collection. It is returned upon the undamaged return of the gown.
Return window: Rental gowns must be returned within the agreed period, typically within 5 calendar days of the event date unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late return: Late returns are subject to a daily fee agreed at the time of rental. Maison Rima reserves the right to deduct these fees from the security deposit.
Care: Clients are responsible for the gown while it is in their care. Do not attempt home cleaning or alterations. Return the gown in the condition received.
Damage: Any damage — including staining, tearing, missing embellishments, or structural alteration — will be assessed by Maison Rima. The cost of repair or replacement, at Maison Rima's discretion, will be charged to the client and may exceed the security deposit.

7. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Maison Rima does not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that information on it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, Maison Rima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on this website or its content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tripoli, Lebanon.
